The tower crane delivered this time was jointly developed by XCMG Tower Crane and China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau, and is a masterpiece of the world's highest end tower crane technology. Five performance indicators have created the world's highest, and ten core technologies have reached international leadership. Among them, the two most important indicators for measuring the size of tower cranes are the maximum rated lifting torque of 23000 tons and the maximum lifting weight of 760 tons, both of which are the largest in the world. It is equivalent to lifting 10 C919 domestically produced large aircraft, and the lifting height exceeds 400 meters.
Mi Chenghong, Deputy General Manager of XCMG Tower Crane and Dean of Tower Crane Research Institute, introduced that the research and development of this tower crane inherits XCMG's original double arm parallel combination, multi mechanism four trolley four hook joint operation, double-sided six cylinder synchronous lifting and other technologies of over 10000 tons of tower cranes. It also integrates XCMG's latest research and development of AMCS intelligent control system, remote online diagnosis and troubleshooting system, remote machine group collaborative control system, Anta Intelligent Cloud intelligent management system and other international leading technologies, becoming a high-end, intelligent and green world-class product created in collaboration with customers.
This product took 10 months from design to production, creating a new speed in the construction of ultra large tower crane equipment.
